Safety switches, safety relays and rope
pull switches
Two-piece
safety interlock switch consisting of
rugged switch mechanism and
geometrically unique
(individually-coded) actuating key. For
use with movable machine guards which,
when open, expose operator to machine
hazards
TQ
Series rope-pull switches feature
positive-break (direct action) NC
contacts, manual pushbutton reset and
pull and/or push (slack or broken cable)
operation. Ideal for use on conveyor
lines, transfer lines, textile
equipment, printing presses, or wherever
immediate access to an emergency stop
mechanism is desirable. One rope-pull
switch conveniently replaces multiple
stop pushbutton stations.
Tamper-resistant
Series BNS coded magnet sensors feature
multiple internal reed switches which
only operate in the presence of the
properly matched coded magnets. Ideal
for use in harsh environments such as
food processing, chemical processing,
metal cutting machinery where interlocks
are regularly exposed to washdowns,
cleaning solvents, lubricants or other
hostile environments or where space
limitations are severe.
Schmersal’s
Series AES safety circuit monitoring and
control modules detect and locate faults
in the safety circuit components and
interconnection wiring. Each features
dual, redundant logic circuits and (at
least) two positive-guided relays to
satisfy OSHA, ANSI and European "control
reliability" requirements
Schmersal's
CE-compliant standard and miniature DIN
size limit switches feature
positive-break NC contacts which won't
stick shut due to contact weld or spring
failure.
